Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your Mum to be completely in love with your gift. If you are not satisfied, you are protected by UK consumer law.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery, for any reason.

Conditions of Return To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, completely undamaged, and in its original packaging (including the signature gift box and poem card).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at at infosilasandgrey@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
